Traffic tickets
A notification is sent to the customer who entered into the contract.
Localiza as the car owner will receive the transit notification. The client will then be informed about the
process and how to pay the fine.
Localiza receives the collection from the transit agency, makes the corresponding payment and,
subsequently, reviews the collection with the addition of 13% (as administrative fees) to the driver or
the company responsible for the rented car(s). The fine can be paid by credit card debit, bank collection,
by invoice or by installment payment.
The traffic fine is issued by the agency upon notification. The customer will receive the notification and
the fine through Localiza, after the issuance of the competent bodies.
