Accidents, theft, and robbery
In case of any kind of card accident, the event should be reported immediately to Localiza through
Localiza Customer Assistance – 800 077 0800. The Occurrence Report must be filed with the responsible
agency and submitted within 48 hours to a Localiza agency. You will need to complete the Notice of Loss
or Total Loss at one of the Localiza agencies.
In case of theft or robbery during the rental period, the event must be reported immediately to Localiza
through Localiza Customer Assistance – 800 077 0800. You will also need to present the Event Report
and the completion of the Notice of Loss or Total Loss, available at Localiza agencies, will be required.
